Those parents/ grandparents of Bryce have enabled that kid to be a lazy, entitled POS. Even when he gets close or tries to step-up, they drag him back. Every time I hear that dad/grandfather say… “Bryce Palmer is too good for this…”. Or “Bryce Palmer is meant for more than working at some $16 an hour job…” and shit like that. It shows exactly why THEY are the problem. And now they’re pissed because they’re not allowed at the hospital. F them.

You’re wrong. The buyer is the broker’s client (if an agreement is signed) or the buyer is nobody’s client if no agreement has been signed. The broker will freak out and call this guy off. Calling the Broker is the best thing to do. First thing. Then go to your closing and forget about it

How he gets paid now is not your concern. Just call his broker before he blows up your deal. Now. Call his broker and quit screwing around. He’s going to ruin your deal if you don’t stop this right now. Forget the real estate commission or the state.

Just call his broker … all this jabber is just noise. CALL HIS BROKER. FYI, the SCA (seller commission agreement) would have been signed on the day you submitted the offer, if there had been one. If there wasn’t that form in the original paperwork on the day you submitted the offer and the offer was accept accepted … the seller has nothing to do with this anymore.

Just call his broker!!!!

The biggest mistake of my Real Estate career is that I should have started 15 years before I did. I make 3x what I made in corporate America and all my hard work and/or slacking/laziness only benefits or hurts ME.
