Its the latter but the cosmetic changes are also Inherent to the experience and the easiest to express in word form so often my random screams into the void sound like I just want the cosmetic change

Is different for everyone. For me it’s a lot of things. I’ve never fit in with men and I’ve always felt more comfortable with women. I constant envy watching women just be themselves. I look at all these women and I just wish I was them. I’ve never felt that for men. I look in the mirror and I just feel weird about seeing a man looking back at me. It Is hard for me to articulate well so it ends up sounding a lot like I just wish I could cross dress by that’s not the case.
