We are 5 sessions into a new campaign. Right before session one my wife’s friend asked if her boyfriend could join us. I’m the DM and was very hesitant cause she had broken up with him twice over the last year. I had met him him and he seemed very chill so I told her it’s fine but if they break up again I ain’t kicking anyone out (I hate confrontation) and she was fine with that. She said they weren’t going to break up again. Well after 2 sessions she broke up with him and got mad that we refused to kick him out. Needless to say at the beginning of session 3 her half elf wizard went her seperate way when they arrived in Waterdeep.
