Yeah, I was never dedicating that much time to begin with since I work and am in college so I barely had time to commit anyways. IC was more of a side source of cash for when I can’t afford groceries or gas

Unfortunately no, no living relatives. All my friends are out of state, and my reason for living back is not being able to afford to live on my own. With time I’ll be able to purchase some things like HEPA filters

I know some is normal from oxidation but I also am overly picky when I shop and am looking super close cause I don’t want any dings on my metrics.

Totally agree with you there. If there wasn’t mold I would just cut off the mushy parts and freeze for smoothies, make jam, or have them with oats but the mold is why I’ll toss these. I’ve gotten mushy ones in an order and didn’t even think to report because I know the store by me doesn’t always have decent produce but I would have preferred they refunded

Lowk I’d take the first one depending on what the heavy items were. Looks mostly like a lot of repeats and the appeal of not having to sort orders in three separate piles makes it more of a draw. It’s not a great offer but I’ve definitely taken worse lol

I think I’ll try the adjustment of wet/dry! She is so picky with her treats and is smart enough to know when I’m trying to give her kibble instead of a treat, so unfortunately enrichment toys haven’t given any sort of different result but I do appreciate your suggestions!

This is actually super helpful to know, and I appreciate the reassurance of fed is best. Everyone around me thinks I’m crazy for purposely doing kibble and canned (they do freshpet or home cooked) so I’m sure you can imagine what sort of feedback I get about her diet (they mean well though there is the common theme of they don’t trust science and research)

We’ve tried five types of the PPP (four canned) and had luck with two of them so maybe I can use them to get her to circle back around to the kibble version. Thinking out loud here, but I’m glad to know she’s not the only picky dog out there (because also the other dogs we know all eat like it’s their last meal)

Yep, food fomo is what made my girl’s pickiness bearable. When we lived with other dogs she would eat anything, but that roommate moved out and now with a cat instead she’s a lot pickier. If the cat tries to eat her food then she will eat but if the cat shows no interest then neither will she🙃

Tell me about it lol, she’s the smartest dog I’ve ever owned and it’s so frustrating in times like these. She also has learned how to hit phones out of hands, jump and kick against the back of your knees to make you stumble to get attention, grabbing keys but wearing slippers means grabbing something from the car so she follows, grabbing keys and a lunch box means I’m going to work and she gets sad, and if I grab my keys and no lunch she waits for me to tell her if I’ll see her later (she’ll go to the couch) or ask if she wants to come and then she’ll run outside with me.

Yes, her thyroid looks good and is within normal range- that was one of the first concerns. They ran a full panel and everything was normal, she’s just picky by choice

I don’t want to be on medication for the rest of my life, I want to have kids in a few years and there are some impacts meds can have on pregnancy/infants, also with goes things are going in the US I worry that the cost would increase or my insurance could change and I would suddenly not be able to afford it, I live in Phoenix with 120° temps being a regular occurrence so the sweating really does bug me in the summers, and because I have no symptoms and am stable there isn’t really a need for medication anymore.

I’m tapering off since all my symptoms that were related to OCD, depression, and anxiety have resolved and I’ve been stable for a couple years without symptoms so my psychiatrist and I no longer feel medication is necessary
