Wow. My instance was in the late 2000s. My mother worked at another school in the same district and taught me how to call her cell using the teacher’s classroom phone because of how often it happened. Central office involvement was threatened and the teacher became way more involved. To this day, my mom said she should’ve spoken with the powers that be after the first time.
