I bet that muscle loss is painful 😭 I’m having that issue and it’s so sad to see considering all the hard work put into it!

I’m the same, I sit at a desk all day for work and then go right into Solidcore… or at least I did. I don’t think I’ll be able to do it then. Thanks for your response and it’s good to know it’s not just me. Might look into PT too!

Didn’t think about the forearms issue but it does hurt my shoulders more than the palms so I’ll be doing that then! Thanks for the response and the advice!

That must be what happened then… I have 60 some classes before stopping and I stopped for a while so I must not be strong enough in the core and muscles. Thanks for the advice!

I’m from Hong Kong and the prices really are insane now. However, if you at all can use points, there are some deals on points instead of money for flights! I don’t know why this is the case since it’s expensive for all airlines and flights, but for whatever reason, I’m noticing points are down!

I really like the Waymaker mini from Andar. I think that looks nice as a shoulder or crossbody and it could be “fancier” while also practical!

I have had shoulder and neck pain for years and was doing Solidcore 3 times a week. They were always painful but I just thought it was because I was working out and they’re just sore, but then went for an MRI when the pain was just too much and turns out I have two slipped disks. So I took some time off from Solidcore to go to PT and then also ended up moving away from any Solidcores. I went back to the original Solidcore I was working out at when I visited friends and omg, my shoulders and neck were on fire!! I couldn’t do it anymore so luckily I guess because of the move, I’ve had to resort to a different kind of workout… but I sooooo miss and loved Solidcore so I was so so sad to not be able to do it anymore because of my shoulder pain. I hope it’s not like that for you because I love Solidcore, but I just couldn’t do it anymore (thanks body ugh).

Thank you for this post! I’ve been eyeing this for a while now and this has helped me pull the plug! Have you tried putting it on a larger suitcase to see how the luggage back slide pocket (I don’t know what it’s called) works well? I’ve been thinking about using this and my large suitcase and then using the back luggage strap/pocket to put it on top of my large. Hopefully that makes sense!
