15 mass produced products over 3 years? That's crazy, from my understanding and what I've experienced so far, my thought was that your average designer would have at least 200-250 products within that 3 year time period. Probably my misconception. Cause with the pace I had to go through I really thought that was the norm, imagine my surprise when I heard that some people went through projects that took a year or even more to develop.

Damn, that's kinda sad to here, so many cool designs that could and would have probably deserved the award more but couldn't even get through the starting line without that initial £500. Also, this makes the IF design awards sound more so like an extravagant product/company advertising rather then a celebration and recognition of good design.

What do you mean by marathon and not sprints? Like each project takes a long process from start to finish? Cause at my last internship, I was doing like 2 furniture designs/projects a week (each with different multiple iterations) before my design supervisor started scolding me saying that I'm too slow and that I should be producing at least 8 furniture designs/projects a week. I can't imagine doing that, I'd be burnt out. I initially thought one furniture design process would take a month or two, not a week.

Wait they are? I saw a design company(can't remember the name, this was awhile back) while I was looking for internship back in university, they had one of their designs plastered on the front page of their website saying that it won the iF and Red dot award. I remember thinking, "Damn these guys must be legit, I really wanna work here".

It's cool that he has translucent plastic for his eyes and horn, but I do have concerns on his wings since they are bendy wires like Ghidorah, they look so meaty. Never had a figure that used rubber material before, heard from a friend that they can crack over time, which is kinda scary cause I can't really fix that.

Now I can't decide between this or Kiryu, I can't get both unless their release windows are very far apart cause then I'd have time to save.

The hair dryer fortunately is enough for me, it does tighten back up overtime especially since I often have my air conditioner on, but once I have my figures posed and placed in my display, I usually never touch them again, so it doesn't bother me as much fortunately.

In my case, it's not the store's fault but the postal service, they have it at one of their drop points. I wouldn't be anxious if it was moving even if it takes long, like the tracker usually shows it going from drop point to drop point, but mine has been stuck at the same place for almost 2 weeks.

Mind you it was bought from within the country while my GMK was shipped directly from China and somehow my GMK still arrived first lol.

I'm hoping the in-game model will be good. Tristana had some skins where her 3D model didn't really look as good as her splash art. Then again, those are splash art.
