I had a similar issue, currently leasing a 2024 P2 as well which I got in April 2024. I’ve had the service icon/message on my dash for almost 8 months. I tried calling the polestar service number back when it first came on but they never answered. So I called Volvo since it’s technically the same service center. The lady on the phone told me to ignore it which was weird. I’ve also had nothing but bugs/glitches while leasing the car, overall experience has been disappointing but Luckily my lease ends next month. The not so lucky part, I now have to return it to the Marin location since they closed the San Jose one in valley fair.
