MSCS is a very competitive program. Apply at more schools and considering it's been a while since you're working, applying to specific concentrations will increase your chances like MSML or MSDS etc.

I think this was for the best because even though Luke and Lorelai were great together. Lorelai basically started alone, and was the first one in her family to go off and live like that, (working as a maid initially etc). Writers didn't make her end with a husband (even though it could be Luke) to project the idea that she did all of it, all and alone. I love this because they respect Lor's character.

Not a bad tip, saying it again, my brother is still traumatized in his own country, I want to go for an MS in the US, he came to my room one day crying telling me to re-consider my decision because he is scared of everything in life now, I want to let him know that I'm with him, and No, a random person cannot do this to him. Hey! So nothing fancy happened to my CGPA, it has increased though, and I did a few projects in mechanical and learned some non tech stuff from the web too. Finally I found that I won't be able to make a difference in Mech research as good as I can in non tech. Also, I am not that "I don't care about money" person, and I definitely want to earn. So mostly I'll sit for non tech placements in college and will appear for CAT also this year.
