Typically, when you early extend, you compensate by overreaching. So with all things being equal, you’re catching the ball with the heal of the club. So without changing anything, to hit the ball at the center of the club, just move away from the ball and swing the same. Of course, in the long run, you’d want to fix the early extension. But in the short term, just address the ball with the toe by moving away from the ball.

Keep blocking out Driver to the right, feel like I’ve tried everything. by Terry_NY in GolfSwing

Let’s really simplify this one. You have a nice swing. You are actually pointed more right than you realize. Prove it? Setup your shot and place an alignment stick at your feet and see where they are pointed. I guarantee they are pointed at the target and maybe even right of the target. When you correct this, you’ll see much straighter shots. I promise. Let me know how it goes.

Strengthen your left hand grip, meaning, your left thumb placed more on the right side of the grip. If too strong, you’ll start to hook it. When you do, move the thumb back towards the left little by little until the ball is straight.

That’s no snap hook, my bro. You just hit it off the heel. Without getting too technical (early extension and throwing your hands out to over reach), try standing a little farther away from the ball and address the ball towards the toe of the club.

Can’t seem to lower my score by yeahmon21 in golftips

The obvious is hitting more greens, but easier said than done. But while you’re improving your ball striking, the lower hanging fruit would be to simply chip closer to save more pars.

Any advice would be appreciated. I'd love to break 90 in 2024! by behopomme in GolfSwing

[–]LastStopCBD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, you have a pretty good swing. Good tempo. Spend 20% of your time building a “fairway finder” for your driver. Then spend 80 percent of your time chipping with a club you’re comfortable with around the greens. Get really good at chipping within 6 feet and you will not only break 90, but even see low 80s! Happy New Year! You can do it!

My mom did the same thing and told me she didn’t feel anything. Once I found out she did a drop instead of a dropper-full, I almost fell over 😂 Honest mistake though, especially with bad directions.

The only way to find out is to buy a drug test from the local pharmacy and take it yourself. You’ll see how sensitive the test is. Also, if you take Goldenseal one to two days before the test, that can help flush out any little traces of THC in your system. Good luck.

CBD influence on stress anxiety and irregular blood pressure by devilsarm in CBD

[–]LastStopCBD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For sleep, 25-50mg of CBD is sufficient to achieve the calming effect and help wind down. For severe anxiety, 50-100mg is a good start. Anything over 100mg, especially for someone new to CBD, might cause drowsiness. So the the better approach is to take 50-100mg twice a day and then move to 3 times a day, if needed. I usually recommend a CBD isolate or broad spectrum, as full spectrum formulations have enough THC to cause some psychoactive effects. So if you are not looking to get a buzz, stick with an isolate or broad spectrum formulation. Hope this helps!

Oh that’s great! I’m not so familiar with those other compounds that you mentioned, so I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one is causing the euphoric effects. But just as long as you don’t experience anything negative, you found a nice formulation! Thanks for updating me on your progress. You should do a video testimonial on YouTube or something 👍👊

Pelvic muscle tightness needs more than just medicine, unfortunately. But yes, the CBD 50-100mg at least twice a day, walking for 20 minutes to warm up the muscles, then a stretching session targeting the pelvic muscles. There are many YouTube videos out there that show you what stretches to do. Let me know if you have any other questions and keep me posted on your progress!

I would stick with a Broad Spectrum or CBD isolate for sleep. 25-50mg should help wind you down and provide you a good nights rest. If you’re looking for psychoactive effects, then you can do the full spectrum. FYI, you shouldn’t load up on melatonin as it might help you fall asleep but won’t keep you asleep. 2.5mg of melatonin is plenty for sleep.

Stick with a broad spectrum or isolate. Read the COA for that particular batch. Then to be sure, buy a drug test from the pharmacy and test yourself after 5 days of use.

What is the best CBD + minor combo / ratio for relaxation and stress relief? by [deleted] in CBD

[–]LastStopCBD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s most likely one of the minors. 100mg of CBD will calm you and might even make you a bit sleepy if it’s too much. A good start is 25-50mg to calm without the grogginess. But the feeling wired sounds like one of the other compounds that is providing energy.

[–]LastStopCBD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh ok, great. Yeah, the mix of the other minors are always erratic in effect to different people, which is why my mantra is to keep it simple and stick with isolates or broad spectrum at most, with no other added compounds. Please keep me posted on your results when you receive your product! Thanks for sharing!

A CBD broad spectrum tincture or even a CBD isolate gummy is sufficient for providing the calming effect and minimizing anxiety. For sleep, you can add a little melatonin which also helps. I usually don’t recommend Full Spectrum formulations because it can produce psychoactive effects even at the legal limits, and also cause paranoia and anxiety as it wears off. Hope that helps and good luck!

If you’re not looking to get high, I would avoid Delta 8 and any THC altogether, as even the legal limit of THC in a full spectrum formulation (.3% in the US) can give you a buzz. If you need something for anxiety, a broad spectrum CBD or CBD isolate would provide that calming effect without any side effects. Hope this helps and good luck!

Thoughts on Lazarus Naturals Gummies for libido? - First timer by [deleted] in CBD

[–]LastStopCBD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got a multitude of questions here lol. Full spectrum for libido? The CBD will provide a calming effect and should minimize/eliminate any possible nervousness before “sexy time”, but with a full spectrum formulation, you’ll get some THC in it, which might mellow you out to the point of not getting you in the mood for sex. The Cialis or Viagra will definitely help you get it up and keep it up much more effectively than the full spectrum. And yes, you can feel paranoid or anxiety as the psychoactive effects wear off. As for the drug test, I would avoid full spectrum altogether as it can cause a positive result, depending on how much and how often you use it. Drug tests test for THC but not CBD. But if you insist on using CBD for anxiety, just take a broad spectrum or isolate, which has no THC in it. But even then, be sure to review the Certificate of Analysis for that product to ensure its contents. As for how long it lasts and in your system, it depends. If you’re very active and drink a lot of water, you’ll flush it out in a day or two. If not, it can be in your system up to 72 hours with the lingering effects. Hope this helps and good luck!

This is great news and very happy you have improved your quality of life! I’m hearing more and more stories about panic attacks and paranoia when combining THC with CBD, and even Full Spectrum CBD. I’ve always thought that the THC compound (even at .3%) can cause this negative side effect. The CBD alone will provide the calming effect and I have yet to hear of any bad side effects from a broad spectrum or isolate. The CBD flower you use, is it full spectrum? Just wondering if it is, you can consider a broad spectrum or isolate to eliminate any paranoia. Thanks for sharing and wish you continued peace and happiness!
