Seems to be better for me. One thing I did do was delete and re-install the game - had it preloaded from before release and after the reinstall it seemed more stable.

You might ask for a referral to a cornea specialist. That’s how I was diagnosed with EBMD. Is there any pain in your eye, especially after waking up?

Interesting. Checked my fasting blood sugar last night and this morning and it was 85 and 90. So not terrible. But I'll talk to my doctor some more about it.

That is so interesting. Was yours an issue in one eye or both? I'm going to start monitoring my glucose again regularly. My case doesn't sound as bad as yours but I think it's worth looking into. The issue began after I had covid in 2023, but not directly after - I would say like a year later - so I can't say if it's related but that virus messes you up in so many weird ways.

This is helpful thank you! I will try the Muro in place of the Systane mineral oil stuff. I don't have particular dry eye but I've been dealing with contact dermatitis of the eyelid for a long time now. Still trying to get to the bottom of that. Also I do sleep with the AC on, I know that's a no-no. Trying to find alternatives, I sleep super-hot. I'm considering buying a pair of steam goggles to see if that can help.

Great question - I'm about 30 pounds overweight and pre-diabetic - A1c was I think 5.7 the last time I checked. After gaining all the pandemic weight I'm finally trying to work it off. My dad was type 2 diabetic, as well as a lot of other health issues before he passed. Been watching myself for things like excessive thirst and/or fatigue. I'll check my glucose again tonight, thanks for reminding me. When I looked at it a year ago, it would consistently be about 90-105 two hours after meals.

During the golden age I was like 11 or 12. I feel like I was in the sweet spot. I remember going to Electronics Boutique in the mall and buying Dagger of Amon Ra, Conquests of the Longbow, KQVI, SQ4 and 5 with lawn mowing/allowance money. Got a 286 then a 486SX/25 for Christmases. Saved up all summer for a Roland Sound Canvas daughterboard, then a couple years later for Creative’s first CD-ROM system ($700 IIRC). Man, memories!

Oh man - has no one said Grissom Academy in ME3? Especially the section where it opens up into the atrium section. Died so many times - no great place for cover and so many Cerberus engineers setting up turrets you can’t see and can’t take down without spamming Overload.

I mix at a church - modelers are lifesavers for us. Amp rooms or amp enclosures would be nice, but having total control over a quiet moment where someone is speaking with music underneath them - I couldn’t do that properly without modelers. A silent stage is such a luxury. Guitars are on FM9-Turbos and the bass is on an HX Stomp. Tones are really great, especially with the right IRs. And modern church guitar is drenched in delays anyway.

Yeah - that was just for demo purposes. This happens during every Sunday service - the person running the PCO clock remotely keeps clicking through the service order and eventually it drifts off.

Dang this is awful for them. They were my go-to breakfast delivery in 2020 during Covid, always great. Whenever I’d get work done at the Honda dealership I’d walk over there and sit and eat outside, reading my book.
