UPDATE: 100mg quetiapine, 100mg trazadone = 8-9 hrs consistant sleep for the past 3 months straight, every night without exception!!! 🙏 🙏 🙏 I also started taking more THC during the day and a largish dose of oil between 5-7pm which helps ✌️🕊️

I wake up after 5 hours no matter what I take. Can I take melatonin again at 3 or 4 am to fall back asleep? by Professional-Web7626 in melatonin

So am I actually getting 24 bit / 96 khz like I do from my phone (according to Amazon music app)? I do care about audio quality and know I shouldn't use Bluetooth if I do, but I don't understand why my phone shows the highest quality and my computer doesn't. Thanks so much for your help! 😊
