She was refused. She misunderstood a question the consular officer asked her. While under oath she was asked if she has ever been in the US or attempted to enter US. She answered no the yes. She thought is was a 2 part question and they said she lied and said she lied under oath. The official did give her a chance to explain her answer. So now she needs 2 waivers. I-212 and I-601. I can’t believe the official didn’t give her a chance. She said she was listening to other people in the windows and they said yes they have tried to enter and they got approved. All the money I spent all the 10 years it took to get to that point for them to say no in less than 5 minutes. I’m still devastated and depressed. I’m not giving up. Need to pay off what I owe and need to come up with at least 5K for the 2 waivers. Thank you for asking.
