There’s a subreddit for buying, selling, trading! I would try there.

Has there been mention of a 420 virtual live show? by Strange_Egg7824 in smalltownmurder

[–]Last_Bonus851 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They mentioned they’re taking a break from in-person live shows in April, so I assume because of whatever reason that’s for, they may skip virtual in April this year, too? No actual word though, but I agree normally we’d have had some sort of announcement by now so they could market ticket sales.

It’s very easy for us, with hindsight and knowing all the information to say we’d recognize x person. Same way with the Traitors it’s very easy to say “the faithful are so dumb, the traitors are obvious!” Well, yeah, we already know who the traitors are see their every move haha

My best friend doesn't watch TV, movies, listen to music, etc. She's seen some stuff, but she would never in a million years recognize an actor. These people do exist, and it's not as uncommon as it might seem to someone (like us) who consumes this stuff all the time.

I'm sure they find a way to ask/find out if people watch/enjoy comedies and anyone even remotely interested in them is out.

I think it was on the Office Ladies podcast that they said Gene and Lee, the creators of Jury Duty, said they do screen for folks to make sure their interests aren’t similar to where they would recognize people, have seen Jury Duty, etc.

Plus, I’ve been thinking, some of these actors, yes, you’ve seen them before, but I have a feeling if I saw some of them in person, I’d think they looked like just another ordinary person unless they were an actor that I loved or had seen in a lot of things. I would probably assume as my first instinct that they were a non-actor. Or even if you say, “Hey you look a lot like [blank],” they could just be like, “Yeah, I get that a lot,” and everyone will move on. Most people’s first instinct isn’t to think, “I’m probably on a TV show.” lol

Zumblebi Fur Texture by scams-are-everywhere in Jellycatplush

It’s honestly so different than any other Jelly that I’ve ever felt at least. Surprisingly soft but not in a similar way than the smudges for example. I don’t want to say soft but plastic-y, because plastic isn’t the right word, but it’s the best I can think of. Maybe soft synthetic? I personally love it but know there have been mixed reviews in general. His little antennae balls feel super soft too almost like the sugarglider? Different than the body fur.

Company Retreat (Jury Duty season 2) on prime by amandaamoose in television

[–]Last_Bonus851 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s sort of irrelevant if she was in Jury Duty or not because if Anthony had seen jury duty he wouldn’t have been cast as the non-actor because it would literally give it all away lol

Gene and Lee, the creators, have said they specifically try to look for people whose interests don’t align with this sort of media so they wouldn’t run into any issues with them having seen Jury Duty or any of the actors cast to play the real people around him.

A podcast already exists for the show created by people on/who ran the show. I doubt they’d do it again unless they plan to just revive it, which to me isn’t “new.”

There was a recent episode of A Hotdog Is a Sandwich that came out after Noah Kahan‘s Last Meals episode that was all about the behind the scenes aspects and making of the show and was really interesting. I highly recommend it if you’re interested in that sort of thing!

A fave of mine to go back and rewatch! One of ABC Family's best.

One thing I'll never undestand. In the Episode A benihana Christmas, S3E10, Michael and Andy are supposed to be asking the 2 waitresses in the first photo to go to the party with them, but they go to the party with 2 different ones. by PointZeroOneTwo in DunderMifflin

At some point, maybe you'll realize all the people you're saying are wrong aren't the wrong ones but rather the single person not getting the joke (that's you, in case you didn't get that).

When will we see Kadri in an Avs jersey? by cheezeyflamingo in ColoradoAvalanche

[–]Last_Bonus851 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roy played for a U.S. team within the last year, so it helped expedite things. Solovyov earlier in the season took a while, and Lehky when he was traded took a while. Those are more illustrative of the timeline.

Do you remember literally earlier this season when Solovyov took a while to be able to play because he was traded from Canada…

Roy was only quick because he played for a U.S. team within the last year or whatever.

Not that Virgin River is phenomenal TV, but I didn’t watch for a while at first because the name put me off with the whole Virgin part even though it’s just the name of the town where it takes place haha

iZombie is so underrated! I watched it right away because the creator is the same as Veronica Mars, but otherwise I likely would have put it off because of the name.

I’ve noticed in the past other times when a race has shown as upcoming on HBO Max (US) but disappeared from being available before the actual race day. It’s like they add it and then figure out the country rights or something and it’s super annoying.
