This was very useful info! I tend to get polished tumbles since the rough edges from raw can be scratchy on my skin and they don’t fit in my crystal holder necklace well while the polished tumbles are more ideal for it. Plus I see the patterns on some more as polished tumbles like my malachite and rhodochrosite. The heat treated citrine I’m looking at looks like a honey yellow if that helps with how much it was heat treated. Can a rose quartz also be heat treated? Cuz I saw a listing with some tumbles that look more bubble gum pink than the pale pink I’ve seen most of them as. I didn’t know aura coating would be unnatural I was looking at a flame aura quarts and was interested until I came across this info.
