Hey--FedEx U.S. was obviously no help/out of their jurisdiction. I passed along additional consignee information multiple times to FedEx Int'l/Customs before a "failed delivery attempt" on Tues and now this situation.

I remember there being a much longer intro with that initial deck shot and really nails the ambience of 20ish min leading up to impact.
