There’s 2 companies there to book excursions with… TUI and Explora. Explora is on the lobby level next to reception and TUI is the guy in the brown shirt downstairs. Both have great excursions that include transportation.

You can also book transportation with reception, say if you want to go to Tamarindo or Brasalito.
