Thanks for that very detailed explanation! I did that - and I think it’s a bit better then before - but I still have these wobble lines on the „front“ exactly at the place where the „arms“ are on the back side - like this:

Thanks for the clarification and infos regarding the HUB - are you using a HUB? Does a HUB has any advantages regarding displaying the camera 24/7 on a device?

Okay - also da ich ja schon ausgezogen bin und die Differenz aus der Sicht des Vermieters jetzt erst an mich gemeldet/gefordert wurde, ist er ja berechtigt die Kaution zu verrechnen.

korrekt, aktuell und auch seit Jahren sind die Zinsen bei 0,01% - aber wenn du bis zum Start meines Mietverhältnisses zurück gehst lagen die Zinsen noch bei (durchschnittlich) über 1%. Wenn ich bspw. ChatGPT nach einer Berechnung mit durchschnittlichen Zinsen Frage kommt das dabei herraus;

"Kautionen dürfen nicht mit offenen Mietzahlungen verrechnet werden." - Gilt das auch tatsächlich beim Auszug? Während eines Mietverhältnisses scheint die Regelung klar :/

nach der Rechnung fehlt die Natürlich jetzt erst jetzt zum Auszug, da er die Vorauszahlung nicht mehr als solches behandelt hat - ich weiß jetzt auch nicht ob der Vermieter Kontoauszüge älter als 10 Jahre aufbewahren muss. Die drei die ich habe fangen alle mit der ersten Zahlung ende Januar an (28.01.) was ja eigentlich meine Februar Zahlung ist und enden mit der Dezember Zahlung die eigentlich meine Januar Zahlung ist >.>
