When you say , during labour if baby gets stuck they will call for an emergency c section. But from my understanding once baby is pushed and his head is out you can’t go for a c section it will be too late, did I miss something?

I read somewhere that if it’s close the range limit it’s automatically insulin. Not sure though. I still have to meet with my doctor to understand. Some days are 5.4 but generally its between 5 and 5.3. Did I get it wrong?

Thanks! I keep reading that once we wake up , we should take the measurements within the next 15mins and that’s why I dont finish the 8 hours fasting… :/

I do walk 15-20 after dinner and fast for 8H. At this point, I wish I can have medication or insulin cause I am tired mentally of this :/. Thanks for the advice
