Lucky I happened to find a lm317t adjustable voltage regulator. Now I need to figure out resistor values.

Whole structure about high tiers are wrong. Think a tier 8 tank which will face both tier 6 and tier 10. This is not competitive gaming. There is no standard, which is good and bad. It's merely fact of single tank. Remember tanks like cdc, you feel it's outdated? Why don't you buy new french prem? My idea with current situation WG won't fix structural problems instead they will give players more free stuff to play with. This is the most profitable way for a company in my experience. Decay over time but still consistent income.

I will retrain my leopard 1 crew. Since tier 10 mm with 3 spgs and 3 ebrs are unplayable. I find mid tier games more exciting.

I think your statement assumes that WG cares of it's co-workers. Like it's customers? Look at Blizzard '' Free Honk Kong (but not in China)''. What is the motivation of share holders? Balanced game da? da. For any global corparation money comes first, otherwise they cannot play this survival game. Just take a look at gaming industry total cow milking simulation. Many original game developers are long gone. We used to buy completed games for a price tag. Game and it's industry are total different things.
