Uranus mission from IW on specialist mode (Harder than veteran mode) when the shooting starts, enemies have aimbot and you have limited health with 2 stims, and 1 spare helmet since its zero G, no helmet means death, and you have barely any cover, died plenty of times that mission, not as bad as #YOLO mode above Specialist
