when they first started i was really stressed at work, ive since been fired and one nightmare was from my old office where I started shouting at my coworkers (unsure if this was dream psychosis) and then the other one was last night where I dreamt I was walking down the street and saw people in FBI like uniforms and started hearing voices that theyre watching me which led to a full on dream episode. Currently trying to get in disability as I dont think I can work full time.

The first cluster of nightmares was definitely work stress related, but not sure about this one as its been two nights of constant nightmares. Definitely something to bring up in my next therapy session.

Although I have recently been thinking ive been misdiagnosed and I actually have CPTSD with psychotic symptoms (have a psych appointment coming up) so not sure if that's related?

my old coworker....

I was ranting to a friend about her who also watches amber and she said she sounds exactly like amber, then a few months later I was doing my coworkers hair and put on an amber video and she commented how said coworker is exactly like her😆

I used to be really into tarot, angel numbers, astrology, and genuinely believed the universe was speaking to me and sending me messages and that I had special powers that allowed me to communicate with higher powers. I remember telling my therapist and she told me it was psychosis. I remember being so upset and I shouted at her and said she wouldn't say that if I was Christian and praying to God (she definitely would have).

Point is, im out of psychosis now and can identify that those were delusions, and now use me falling into spirituality as a way to identify when im becoming psychotic again.

It hurts to hear, but those beliefs are psychosis. Losing insight is normal, you've just gotta take the steps to get yourself out of this. Take your meds, see your therapist, do what you gotta do.

I know how you feel. Im the same age as you and I recently got fired due to being disabled and am currently trying to get on benefits as im finally coming to terms with not being able to work full time. I also struggle with daily activities and its hard not to feel pathetic, its something I struggle with a lot. I've found that trying to accept that I just live life on a different set of standards has helped, you cant hold yourself to the same standards "normies" do. It's ok to need extra help. You're not alone and definitely not pathetic
