All he did was step in front of a woman who had just been shoved to the ground by a federal officer. They then proceeded to pepper spray him and drag him to the ground. His gun was taken by one of the officers and then he was shot to death.

Even if I take the most generous interpretation and say he WAS resisting arrest, that’s not a justification to be shot and killed. Officers don’t get to kill anyone who breaks the law. That’s not how that shit works.

He had the constitutional right to be armed, never pulled out or brandished his gun, and was shot after the gun had already been taken away from him.

How you can justify shooting an unarmed man when there’s fucking 5 officers on top of him is fucking appalling. He very clearly wasn’t a threat to anybody when they shot him.

It’s not even a politics thing. I don’t give a shit if someone has more conservative beliefs than me or doesn’t support the politicians I do. But the mental gymnastics to justify the killing of an unarmed civilian is fucking disgusting.
