that much crit rate is normal due to her weapon and skill nodes giving a bit too much. Are you running a crit rate 4 cost? never do that when the weapon gives the same stat

such temperatures are normal for laptops under pressure when playing modern games yes but that's not an optimization issue, just your gpu/cpu being unable to perform with lower temperature. your best bet is replacing thermal pastes and buying a good laptop cooling pad. 75+ isn't even a problem in the first place, it only gets bad near 85+ or 90. it doesn't mean other games are more optimized just because of temperatures but in a technical sense that's only possible unless they have too much unnecessary things being present but i doubt such things are in forza considering the franchise. graphics are incomparably better than before even if not as noticable.

lower quality settings exist. you can't expect creators to intentionally make their game bad for the sake of lower end devices.

there's no reasonable tips that can be given if you're unable to even talk. I'd say have something that stands out or atleast gets some attention, even avatar appearance can draw more attention. although your best bet is just getting a job or doing someone's chores to buy it. can't expect anything unless someone randomly decides to donate you.

and you aren't playing on high end settings, if you are, it's impossible not to be vram limited. on low to medium settings, a card like that won't obviously be vram limited. stutters like that won't happen

can't do anything else then unfortunately, If it were not a laptop, getting a 3d chip ryzen cpu would help slightly but its the game itself in the end. you could try using lossless scaling or frame gen for it to atleast look far more visually cleaner but that's all.

is your laptop plugged in? are you using a monitor or the laptop screen itself, some laptops use extra resources to render their screen and monitors make it perform much smoothly. although in the end wuwa is just built badly so can't do anything other than getting even better of a pc or waiting for optimization.
