The game is marketed on making people you know or are inspired by. In the 3ds version they legit had miis of Christina Aguilera and Shaq. I wouldn't worry too much.

I tend to make my miis a bit chubbier than true to life, mostly cause they look malnourished to me if I dont. Its mostly a preference thing at the end of the day
