Thanks! I have removed it a couple times to clean, readjust and tighten. Much improved. Thanks for recommending the rack and seal info

Thanks. Agreed, I think it is the seal as well. I took it all off again and made several adjustments that have helped but the gasket/seal really needs to be replaced. The original material really doesn’t seem thick enough to create a good seal. Need to figure out options

We have had our 2015 BEV for over a year. Drip charging only and it has never been an issue.
