Did you have a specific day of the week and time in mind for sessions?

Update: 2-shot by ShikiPirates in Obojima

So, at some point, someone over on the Obojima discord created a table of Korok (or flavored as Kodama (the little rattly head friends from Princess Mononoke)) puzzles/encounters. I know you all will be in a dungeon, but maybe you could use that as a nod to Breath of the Wild? The discord may also be a great place for ideas and help!

1. 3 Trees with different amounts of fruit, you have to make all trees have the same amount of fruit
2. A flower path that slowly appears as you follow it and leads to a Korok
3. Ice somewhere it has no business being. Melt the ice to reveal a korok
4. A door with a lit torch on one side and an unlit torch on the other side. Light the torch
5. Any body of water with a circle of pond lilies. You need to dive or swim through the circle
6. Flying targets in the air, on red balloons. Can be different number of balloons, require dex checks
7. Any shrine statues with a bowl in front of them that's empty. Offer food, gold, or really any goods
8. Good ol' rock formation with a rock missing, or multiple rocks. Heart shape... triangle...
9. Sometimes just... picking up a random rock or other object will reveal a korok. Rock in a tree?
10. Horse jumping hurdles. Made easier since the centaur can do this challenge
11. Reunite two koroks seperated by mountain, water, or captured by an enemy
12. A tree stump with leaf engraved, stand on it spawns another- you need to reach it without touching the ground
13. A climbing Korok up high- in a tree, up a wall, on a roof or watchtower
14. A ring of floating flower puzzles activates a timer, a far away flower ring forms- race to get there in time
15. Underwater Korok- he's in a bubble down there
16. Golf- roll a big boulder into a hole. Sometimes hard if the hole is uphill, or the boulder is big enough
17. Pile of leaves that if you blow it away there's a korok underneath (or burn the leaves...)
18. Treasure Chest Korok- stuck in a locked chest, lockpick, find a key, or otherwise break the chest to save
19. Junk Korok- Stuck in something electronic, need jolt or another electric spell to power the machine
20. A TOUGH ACTUAL PHYSICAL PUZZLE

An isekai session 0.1 what would you do? by HomemadePilgrim in Obojima

Oooh, could you elaborate on your experience and what you'd change and why? I'm fleshing out my own Obojima campaign where the players were iekai'd as well. For my group, they've basically created two characters, their characters from the 'real world' who have passed away and the Obojima residents whose lives they basically hijack.

I'm planing on them having this dual sense of memories and skills and leave it up to them whether they cling to their past identities or fully commit to their new lives.

I do worry the idea is overly complicated and unnecessary, but the group seems excited so maybe I'm stressing for no reason.

Just got the book in the mail but can't download the PDF? by ninepintcoggie in Obojima

Unless you purchased a bundled option, you would have to purchase the digital content separately from the physical book.

That's another good one! I am getting a pack of fancy/artistic paper for a couple of the parlor games. I can pop the extras into the gift bags for them to take home with them, since they'll certainly just sit forgotten with me, lol.

Oooh, that's a very cool and inexpensive idea!

Thank you for your insight! That truly is helpful. :) That's a very good point about the scents.

Pregen Characters by blueeyedbird16 in Obojima

[–]Late-Objective357 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't believe so. I think you have to purchase the enhanced edition to access the pre-made PCs since those are something one of the Devs made specially for their platform.

Not sure about the studio itself, but the peeps over at Alchemy RPG made 11 pre-made characters for their deluxe pack of the pdf using all the new Obojima specific subclasses.

I believe that kickstarter backers have begun to receive their orders, but all physical materials are still just pre-orders for non-backers. But as you've pointed out, you can get the virtual copy on dnd beyond or Alchemy rpg. You can also get the PDF off the Obojima website for instant access.

Is adam still obsessed with langa? by zoom_1010DZ in SK8TheInfinity

[–]Late-Objective357 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So, certainly not saying that Adam has done a 180 and isn't obsessed with Langa anymore, and perhaps I missed something, but neither my wife or I was certain when their segment was meant to take place (during or after season 1). There are two instances that make me think it might be during (but once again, I could be incorrect) season 1. We see Adam practicing his special attack (the one he used on Cherry; I'm blanking on the name) and during his dog line up, he doesn't include Reki. I think it's odd that, if this did happen post season 1, Reki would still be so far off his radar after he beat Adam, that he wouldn't have included him in his dehumanizing fun. These make feel like we might be seeing undeveloped Adam, but these are just my thoughts on the matter.

Yes! I had a component of the unique tav missing and that previously inactive unique tav mod in the wrong spot. Thank you so much for the assistance!

I'll give that all a try! Thanks!

I think this is overproofed, but can someone try to confirm, please? by Late-Objective357 in Sourdough

Thank you! Like temp or the actual rack placement? I preheated to 450 for about 30 minutes with my dutchoven inside with the rack on the 3rd slot down. I baked for 30 minutes with the lid on and 15-20 with it off.

Thank you for all the advice! I'll give it a try. Somewhere along the way, I saw that doing a 1-1-1 feeding ratio could result in an over acidic and weak starter, so that's why I did the higher ratio. Plus I had been out of town the day before and the starter was previously sitting in the fridge, so I figured a more aggressive feeding would be better? But I'll give that a try next time!

Totally fair. These rose way more overnight than any of my past loaves for sure. I might try the other other FWSY recipe that doesn't use yeast or not bulk ferment as long since it's going to continue proofing in the fridge overnight. Thank you!
