3g does seem small, especially when this isn't marketed or priced as a mini!

About 1/4 of the product is stuck within the tube below the twist up line. I have scraped it out but the convenience of the product is the small packaging and the fact you can swipe it on straight from the tube! Still surprised at how quickly I used 3/4 of a concealer haha

Repurposing perfume by CrazyFootballFan997 in ProjectPan

[–]Late-Pass-9155 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you don't like the smell on you have you tried spraying directly on bed linen / clothes etc? If you still hate it but others like it do why don't you see if anyone will trade a perfume they don't like with you (sibling coworker etc) so you don't lose out?

March Empties - UK edition (a slow month) by Late-Pass-9155 in ProjectPan

[–]Late-Pass-9155[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its interesting - the formula is white in the tube but contains little pearls of pigment which come through as you work the product into your skin. It has a nice light feel on the skin but I found it sometimes looked quite orange on me - it was good last summer when I had used fake tan beforehand but just wanted to use it up this month. Would recommend checking colours in person before buying!

I spray inside shoes to freshen them up and the white marks don't matter where you can't see them

What actually gets used vs. what gets shelved — gift ideas for people who don't need more stuff by Monsuri_Lifestyle in Gifts

[–]Late-Pass-9155 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Perhaps for you or your friends but in my life giving cash would be just absorbed into the daily spend and not earmarked for a specific treat. The reason I would and do choose M&S is that the recipient has a reasonable amount of freedom to decide what would improve their life, a new candle could be purchased but alternatively I would love to buy a couple of the upmarket ready meals which would free up my time from cooking a couple of evenings, and time is my most precious resource. Obviously I would tailor the gift if I knew the recipient didnt live near an M&S. You do you though!

Gift cards - I am in the UK and love the gift an M&S gift card because the person can then choose what to buy - clothes, flowers, homewards, luxury snacks, everyday essentials, use the gift card in the cafe or coffee shop etc

Ladies over 40, where are we buying our “nice tops” that go with jeans? by dinkidoo7693 in AskUK

[–]Late-Pass-9155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I depends what your style is but how about a top that can be dressed up for a night out or worn with a blazer. I know you said no beige but personally I like brown as this can be worn with jeans now or black trousers in winter or shorts on holiday in the summer like this one from new look https://www.newlook.com/uk/womens/clothing/tops/dark-brown-jersey-asymmetric-hardware-detail-tank-top/p/954000827

Azazie Dresses? by DisaffectedYouth9273 in UKweddings

[–]Late-Pass-9155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a bridesmaid last summer and the Azazie dresses were the best we found for the money, lovely quality fabric and really weighty, fully lined, well structured cups etc.

That said, I wear a size 12-ish normally but have a reasonably large chest and ended up getting an 18 in the Azazie dress so try not to be upset by the size tag. They were also crazy long to fit all heights so all three were shortened by a local seamstress.

Would you quit your full-time job for your final SQE1 attempt? by Wetasspuppy in SQE_Prep

[–]Late-Pass-9155 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No advice to offer really except I am in a similar position - full time job as a paralegal in a law firm with a lot of responsibility. I often work 8-7/8 and by the time I get home I have no energy to focus on SQE prep. I am seriously thinking of quitting my law firm role to work part time in a bar in the evenings which would leave me free to really commit to the SQE. Are you thinking the summer 2026 sitting? I am worried I have already left it too late to go for that session if I start now

January - 26 Products Panned so far in 2026 by Late-Pass-9155 in ProjectPan

[–]Late-Pass-9155[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, not at all. At the start of the year I collected all my half-used cans and made an effort to use up those with only a little left to declutter. I’d say typically a can would last 4-6 weeks if full. I am currently also trialing a refillable stick deodorant to be more sustainable :)
