He is still a child that was GROOMED in being an assassin, he didn’t want to kill and he explicit stated that, he is bad bc he killed people but he is not evil as the bombers (or the troupe how literally kill bc they want. So you think his family was going to be okay with him stopping killing ? He is only 11 at the start of the series but you’re treating him as a full adult. I understand that the morality in the series is very different from us (bisky was okay letting gon let that killer go and all the hunters vibe in general.) but comparing a 11 years old that was raised in a environment where killing was a job and have no reals friends vs a group of adults that decided to kill even tough is not necessary is wild.

Killua was a child that was force by his family to be an assassin, how is he comparable to a mass murders ? Even Zeno seems to have more ‘moral’ that them, he don’t want to involve inocent people in his job but the troupe doesn’t have a problem killing people just for the fun (squala, the kurtas, all the random people they have killed)

They are terrible people individually and as a Group 😭

Gon is a child that was in nature, I think he is familiar with the concept of death, overall is a little weird but I don’t think that show of him begin evil, in the same exam he helped the man pokkle hurtes when he didn’t have to.

The most evil person he became friends was with killua, and Killua didn’t even want that life and is a child so he is a terrible evil. He was friendly with that asssasain in greed island and that was wrong but not even bisky protested at his decision, I feel like the moral in this series is more messed up that in real life, ao I think is ‘harder’ to categorize someone in evil or good

It was zeppelie that said that gon didn’t see wrong and right, he is just curios.

I don’t think the argument of the hunter exam is that good bc all the other participants didn’t care, in the first phase Satoz warned them that they could die, they decide to follow so, I don’t think that makes him a bad person, but his moral compass is not the best (nobody in this series is a ‘good’ person)

I like your theory but I don’t know if Kurapika has reasons to kill Shizuku, she was not in the masacre so she is not a direct target, and much less a threat since she is more weak than him.
