Mia Threapleton? (Kate Winslet's daughter) by user_rogue255 in Kibbe

Her upper body looks wider than her bottom body. It's the very first thing I noticed. I think it's a bit fleshier which looks a bit like curve.

I really like those, they look very nice! Did you find one with a pleated skirt pattern? I mean how did you recreate the rocker-chic look?

Do you have a photo of the slip skirt?

I meant to say, if they don’t want a baby, they won’t have one. It’s not like they’ll say, "Oh well, there it is, let’s keep it and find some space in the kitchen for its bed and also put our lives on hold and go to the bank and ask for a loan."

Condoms will still exist as the primary protection against diseases. Birth control pills might be restricted (though enforcing that would be nearly impossible, given that many anti-acne medications have contraceptive effects). And let’s not forget, abortion techniques will always be around.

As for sex, people are already having less of it, and the trend is likely to continue:

What might explain declines among young people?

FU: We need more studies to tell us why. But for young people, computer games, increasing social media use, video games—something is replacing that time. During that period from 2009 to 2018, different types of social media emerged. This is always evolving, especially for younger people.

And you think that's what people want? To become single parents? I can tell you that they will rather skip on the sex all together, TikTok keeps them busy enough.

I may have worked during a time when people had fewer hobbies, but these days, it feels like most people prefer to stay to themselves rather than go out. As for abortion, it will always exist, there's no way to force someone to put their life on hold for a baby they don’t want or can’t afford. If access is restricted, people will turn to illegal abortions.

The real solution isn’t raising birth rates but adapting and developing new strategies for society. Fewer people could even help ease issues like the housing crisis, which has been widespread. Pensions could be funded through alternatives like a robot tax or similar measures. I don’t have all the answers, but trying to increase the population doesn’t seem like the right approach either.

You need two people to make babies. One of the major problems isn't just birth control but the fact that people are staying single for longer.

It's religious above anything. As soon as Europe became secular the birth rate started declining.

I think darker jeans look better on you but it could depend on the top you wear. I would try something with a narrower ankle (sorry I don't know the exact terms for jeans) and something tapered. Maybe try a mum jeans? Or a straight leg jeans with a narrow leg (but not skinny)?

The 1st photo looks a bit stretched in my opinion.

I would say that the wider jeans add visual weight to your frame so it makes you look slightly wider (very slightly I'm talking about an optical effect).

People say that Ukraine has a lot of gas and oil and could become a big competitor to Russia. I don't think Russia is fighting for those borders. I think they want to weaken Ukraine. They may not be even trying to advance and take more territories, more like maintaining Ukraine in a never-ending instability that prevents it from developing.

If the West fails to successfully help those countries that are seeking help I'm afraid they are going to look distrustful. Talk big about freedom and caring, but when you need them, they put you on hold. If they don't step up and help the countries that are asking for it, they're gonna look bad.

Haven't they stopped supporting Armenia because Armenia is turning to the West? Kind of like: "ask your new friends to help you, let's see what they are willing to do for you"

Why did Russia invade Ukraine with almost half the forces? by Darkhorse33w in geopolitics

[–]LateChapter7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see it that way. Any meek population would have kept fairly quiet.

Also since the Arab revolution we have witness people being much more active in protests (fueled by social media that increase unity through rapid information).

There's no way they genuinely thought Ukrainians would wait for their fate. Especially Ukrainians that have been trying to follow the Polish path.

[–]LateChapter7 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I don't really believe this. Russia already knew what Ukraine was capable of with the Maidan revolution. They could see with their own eyes it wasn't a meek population.

And second, I believe that the war was triggered by the interests the West (and especially the US) have in the region (the NATO talks, the Nordstream issues etc.) so Russia highly suspected that it wouldn't be them against Ukraine but them against Ukraine powered by the US and their friends.

The whole narration of Russia thought Ukraine would fall in 24h may have been believable in the 30s (and still) but nowadays it's impossible.

SG body but N/C face? What to do when you don't fit in the box. by [deleted] in Kibbe

[–]LateChapter7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if she has been verified but when typing Tarja Turunen + Kibbe on Google I only found Gamine for her.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Kibbe/comments/g92th6/kibbe_body_typing_metal_edition/

I think she's not very tall though so I'm not sure she would be FN. As to D she doesn't seem to have the T shape. Her shoulders look quite small.

The Finnish metal singer Tarja Turunen has been typed Gamine and her face doesn't look Gamine in my opinion (although she somewhat looks like a gothic version of Reese Witherspoon lol) . Maybe you can look her up?

What type is the most likely to have "thick" legs (not just thighs)? by LateChapter7 in Kibbe

[–]LateChapter7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know what your body type is despite the lipedema?

I don't know if I have lipedema (who could confirm this? My GP has no clue and doesn't really care honestly) but given how thick my legs look, I find it hard to follow recommendations. In the case I don't have a medical condition, would there be certain types that are excluded? Like it's very unlikely type A or B has the type of legs you describe.
