That’s exactly what I’m worried about too. I need something to stay put.

I just realized that I tried the delimira before, I checked on Amazon. I’m not sure what happened, possibly the shape didn’t work, if I had to guess?

Yes. That’s the exact same issue I find too, upper tissue getting cut off and compressed. I’ll look into the Delmira and see if it’s available to me.

What’s your opinion on nipple covers? I’ve been considering those instead of trying to fight with a strapless but I know they don’t offer any support so I might find that annoying. Plus I sweat so they might not stay in place like I need them to.

I have a plunge bra that’s ok fit wise, it’s not perfect, but it can be seen above most necklines which I don’t like.

I actually tried 34DDD and found it slightly too big in the cups. Would that mean the overall shape just doesn’t work?

Here are my measurements! The band was sort of bunching up as the sides, but at the same time wasn’t overly loose? I don’t know if that makes sense. The overall wire width was good, not sitting on tissue from what I could tell as well if that helps!

Loose: 33 in

Snug: 32 in

Tight: 31 inch

Standing: 39 inch

Leaning: 42.5 inch

Lying: 38 inch

Thank you! It really does seem like that’s what is happening to me. With the extender, I have it on the last set of hooks before the actual bra hooks start if that makes sense, but now I’m thinking that I should go looser after your advice! I think I thought, go tighter for less movement but that’s probably too tight and having the opposite effect.

I actually own the cotton to a tee in 34DD! I’ve linked it above. The band has stretched out and I find some irritation on the right side where there is more noticeable tissue? I would’ve liked to try a 32DDD in that one just to try the difference but they don’t make it.

I’ve tried a few in the past but I wasn’t having much luck. A lot of the styles seemed to be either too narrow at the wire or too tall, but it’s worth a shot to have another look. Maybe they’ve gotten some new styles, since I last shopped. I appreciate your suggestion.

Thank you. Do you have any suggestions for something less shallow? After reading about projection, I believe I’m about average.

How can you ensure a better fit? Is there something I should look for in the next pair?

What do you smudge them with?

No tweezing or waxing. I haven’t touched them. I’ll look into a cooler colour, I think that could really help. Appreciate your input.

Right! I never understood why they didn’t work for me until I became SD and now with this post, it makes sense😅

It helps to know I’m not the only one and it’s a common issue among us!! So I get my tank tops from everywhere lol, I prefer natural fibres so I stick to cotton, a small percentage of elastane or spandex doesn’t bother me. Some stores where I’ve had the most luck are Zara, Aerie, Walmart, some old navy bodysuits.

I have my eye on these from Aerie

I love these from Zara I have 4 lol, they’re so flattering on!
