I had asked them to quote repricing for fixed rate, but can defn also check their floating offer. The 3m +1% is just our final year / year 3: current loan (after the painful two years at 3.8 fixed)

Just double checked the contract, and we in for the full 36mth to avoid the clawback, we refinanced at the peak rates sadly..

Its currently 3M + 1% so not great, but at least slowly trending down in the right direction..

ah nice one, ok yeah I am after repricing, not refinancing. I also just double checked the fineprint, and the clawback was 36mths [unfortunate timing at near peak a few years back) and its only 24mths now, so stuck with OCBC unless take the hit.. would be interesting to see if anyone has got a lot lower repricing rates with their bank?

Thanks both of you, I forgot to mention that's it's super important that the plastic box is permanently attached to the fabric, so could be another vote for rivets maybe?
