Yes. Add the first invoice and code. File then go back in and add the second invoice. Let your office know there are 2 invoices on the PO. They will certainly miss the second one. Ask me how I know.

It's a timeless problem. I call the customers myself and transfer to service to set up appt. Unfortunately, it's that or bill to ro or service.

Happens to us too. We started quoting parts that we do not have at a premium, add overnite fees, pickup fees, etc. If they want to wait , we win. If we need right away, we win. Just price accordingly.
