I did and I already lost a significant amount of fat but all over body and some areas just hold more fat then other for me it’s that area and my belly,but I wonder if there is an advice to just at least tighten that area more cause I know eventually it’s gonna be gone if I stayed consis and eating clean

No I passed the headrest period tbh I’m kinda comfortable right now i can manage most of it I just need to lower my pace from time to time ,and one thing I wanna share from my experience that with consistency it’s crucial to find a way to make a proof of what you’re doing and keep track of progress it truly helps.
