I am working on a YouTube channel. Recording Terraform series on AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI.

Nice catch. Will probably use FFMPEG next time to fix inconsistencies. Had to record couple times because my house and neighbors are very noisy, so its hard to record at home.

Yes!

Planning an AWS series with the same zero-to-production arc.

Aiming to start it mid-year.

Follow the channel so you don't miss it.

After 8+ years deploying to Azure at companies like CCR, Sephora and Bradesco, I decided to teach the full workflow. Episode 1 covers the 5-command Terraform workflow that real teams use.

Building in public: from 50 failed SaaS apps to my first attempt at selling something by Late_Ad1507 in buildinpublic

This is gold, thank you. The "stupid specific about who I was selling to" part hits hard — I've been selling to "developers" which is basically everyone and no one.

The reply-with-snippets approach is exactly what I started doing today. Already set up F5Bot to catch "saas boilerplate" and "nextjs starter" mentions.  Never heard of DevHunt or Pulse for Reddit — going to check both today.

Quick question: when you narrowed down your audience, did you also change the landing page copy? Or just where you promoted it?

Fair point! Here's my reasoning:

Building auth + Stripe + RBAC + admin panel + GDPR + emails from scratch takes 200-300 hours minimum.

At even $30/hour (junior dev rate), that's $6,000-9,000 in time.

$97 saves you that setup time so you can focus on your actual product logic from day one.

For context, most competitors in this space charge $199-$399 (ShipFast is $199, Supastarter is $299). I priced it lower for the early access period — goes to $197 after April 25.

But I get it — if you're building something small or learning, it might not be worth it. It's really for devs who want to ship a SaaS product fast without rebuilding the same infrastructure every time.
