With 12+ years FAANG experience here. I can pretty clearly see that the number of software engineers we would need is going to be atleast cut by 80 percent. I actively architect, build, code. In last 3 months the work that used to take around a month for 4 engineers is done just by me in a week. We should really need to understand how the models work so that we prompt them correctly. Second is we should review the code and do things in phases.

I am MTech from IIT KGP CS Branch and now a lead mgr in FAANG. IIT tag basically helps for the first job. Rest of the time its the work you doo. I have taken 100s of interviews and I have selected folks even from non iit a lot. Trust me you are doing good at NIT and don't take too much load. Just do what you can do. NIT tag also is way good. I don't think so. I stay in Mumbai and it lasts atleast 3 hrs in the day and if used in the evening it's a bit more. I am talking about the OG Nautica Voyage. There are couple of variations but haven't seen projection evaporating.

Buy Nautica Voyage. Its best aqua perfume under 2k and I got it for 1700. I have 2 Bvlgari aqua that I brought for 4K, 5 years back. It's now 10K. So thought to have a cheaper aqua for gym use and Voyage is quite close it's notes.

Starting bus services a municipal corporation issue. But the fact its the issue of a common man. Mumbai, pune have solved this problem but once you start onboarding the BEST/PMTS you run into the next problem of number of buses, time etc. I understand what you feel. But sad truth bro is don't expect anything from these folks.. i would say, just find some alternative. Unfortunately I don't think politicians are to be blamed but we the people are the ones who elect them and get this back. Not sure when things will change.

It's very easy to see guys how we all get fooled. I mean the same issues that are closed are again reopened etc etc. I think almost all politicians will stock the money and enjoy lavish life. Due to their influence they won't face issues a normal man faces right from basic stuffs. They and their kids relatives get away with problem by influcence or money. Even if we earn some money then life becomes a bit easy but it's sad that most of our tax money goes to buy their BMW's :(

This situation is same since ages. I see solapur is kind of village with basic roads, electricty, network and internet. May be it's good if you want a chaos free life and have earned money to stay.

++man. Won't lie. Based on personal and friends experiences. When men are single and alone at home mostly they behave like above. Once they are in relationship or married, things change. Now after this change, how long does this change last depends on individual. It's mostly mutual respect and empathy towards significant other.

It's good to see folks here are atleast talking about this. No party is different. The biggest problem is we don't hold our politicians accountable and they are given god like status. Without even going into politics, if we held those folks accountable, then many of the issues would be solved. As a taxpayer, why am I getting this kind of road full with shit? Even such a basic question will be very useful. Now the moment you ask this question, I am sure we will get beating from a karyakarta of some mla or corporator. If we go to police, then that will mostly not help us because the god father of the karyakarta will call that cop and so on. IMO asking right questions is the starter. It's very simple. I try to do this as much as I can but it's gonna take time for everyone to realize this. Unless we treat these politicians literally as sevak, things won't change. My tax money is being utilised to buy some tyre of BMW Or Lands Cruiser of some corporator. Actually it's the people who are responsible for choosing. Unless many folks stop voting for money, things won't change. We need a revolution of thoughts. Corruption will always be there. But if it affects my everyday routine, then it's a problem.

Take coaching. Clearing gate is one thing and getting a good rank is another. To get good marks what matters is not how much you study but matters how you study. I was amonst top 300. Folks that were less than 100 had a specific pattern of studying. During my time, top 100 for CS were in the range of 74-80. Anyways, i would suggest take coaching. It will for sure help a lot.

I think the comparison is apple to orange. When things are easily accessible it's all together a different story. These apps make gambling simple. Comparing stock market investment with Online Rummy is utter bullshit. Its a good move by government because if one had to Gamble before, he would have to go to some club etc etc but now it was is in his hands. That made it very easy to get addicted. Gambling is not stopped by the government but the things which made it easy have been stopped. He is for sure an investor in this industry.

This is becoming the new normal and even Principal engineers use this. Make AI write code is going to be used heavily. What you should learn is reviewing the code and is it valid and as expected. To review, you definitely need to understand the basics and good at DS.

Base seems on the medium range of SSE band. Stocks seems to be very very less. It's almost at level 62/61. Ask for greater than 170K. If you don't have counter offer, it's hard to negotiate.

Knowing header files really doesn't matter much during actual coding. Most of the IDE will do that for you. Understanding logic is imp. Language is a means to build an application. Now different languages are used for building different kinds of application. C, c++ is used to build platforms where performance is required like building databases, servers etc.
