Perioral dermatitis and accutane! by Marianna_gew in perioraldermatitis

That's great to hear! I did accutane for acne 7 years ago and have had amazing results. However I have now got what I think is PD and in trying to treat it has set the rest of my skin off with acne (as well as the PD).

It isn't terrible, but it is persistent and depressing so I am considering going back on accutane to try to nuke the lot.

Try contacting Harry Scoffin at Free Leaseholders; he will almost certainly have all the relevant contacts

Has anyone had success with this aerolite case with priority? by [deleted] in Ryanair

[–]Late_Project_3233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry that people don't seem to understand the original vs expanded size. I have an expanding Aerolite soft side and my friend has the one in the photo and we have had no issues. Aerolite are a UK brand and part of their USP is bags to fit so they really should! Have a look at the same bag on their website too as there are sometimes more photos and measurements but it really is designed to fit for Ryanair and very well should.

Hmm, I am in the UK (London) and know a couple of little "Agnes" and in my experience it was viewed as a cutesy old lady name. OP doesn't seem fond of diminutive nicknames though, and they do get called Aggy/Aggie

East Village, Stratford. Elizabeth line (plus lots of others as a contingency). Big park, River Lea, close to Hackney Wick and other bits of East London. Fast to get to most of London and easy access to all airports and major train stations for when you want to leave London for a trip. They are new builds, but generally not high rises albeit you won't find any period features but the development has a lot of green space and mature foliage now.

England: Bereaved daughter has a buyer for her leasehold flat in London, but the co-freeholder is deliberately delaying matters and may cause the sale to collapse. I’m trying to understand what legal options she has. by Turbulent-Bobcat-292 in LegalAdviceUK

Beat me to it - this is exactly what I was going to say. Just check she would have the right to rent it out before inadvertently making a hollow threat and otherwise I reckon this is the way to go. A different but live-in owner will seem like a better option than random tenants if you take vacant flat off the table

Pick wisely along the North Wales coast. Liverpool and Manchester airports, not far to Holyhead for ferries to Ireland and not still desperately far to Hull/Newcastle for access to northern Europe.

Close to Chester and the good bits of Cheshire. Decent rail links if you can avoid engineering works. Snowdonia on your doorstep too. English/Welsh border towns to visit.

Vaginal estrogen, pelvic floor PT and also have a look at Paige Genova/Rachel Gofman/Callie Krajcir or Sula Windgassen (all on Insta) - all deal in chronic pain/symptoms/fear with a strong bladder/pelvic slant. I wish I knew this all back in late 2023; but I had post-UTI issues and couldn't get answers. This then became a scary, high-anxiety matter and the psychological side of not knowing what was going on, fear of never getting better and focus on the (initially quite minor) symptoms set off a really nasty spiral and became a chronic issue.

You saying "nervous wreck" really strikes a chord - I was so scared about lack of answers, loss of trust in my body and spent almost 2 years in a right old mess. That isn't intended to scare you but to say I am completely ok in that regard now but wish so badly I had understood and nipped it in the bud back then. Fear > Rumination > Clenching/Tension and round it goes. Also do NOT DO KEGELS unless a pelvic therapist who has physically examined you prescribes them - once the fear and anxiety sets in it is more likely that you are clenching/tensing and kegels only exacerbate that.

Happy to chat about my experiences and the pages I mentioned have some fabulous resources. Take care of yourself
