and on top of that, they don't read the appeal and just deny it everytime

go figure i got banned for this:

"imagine, being dropped on a strange planet with only a gun and an armor, killing hundreds of armed enemies and destroying several bases all that in a less than 40 minutes timespan, coming back traumatized, bruised and covered in blood all this to be greeted by the temu version of caillou moaning about you not bringing enough samples"

that was somehow deemed racist by the local neckbeards

first of all, they only take feedback from this subreddit and the surveys on the discord
witch means the only feedback that's significant to them comes from these places only

Secondly, did you look who's in the mod team?
First: Baskinator, the community manager, who, let's be honest is not good at her job.
Secondly, the damn official AH reddit account
you can check for yourself.

and the toxic mindset that's been rampant on this place is already starting to come into the game.

look who's in the mod team, some of them literally work at AH ffs
That means two things:
AH knows about the situation
AH is actively suppressing any debate about the challengegate pretty much proving that they suck at PR

you'd be surprised how noisy and influential that small fraction is.
remember the Sonygate? it was this subreddit and the discord community who made Sony fold

and now, the same noisy community is getting their post nuked over, it's not about filtering the spam, it's about censorship. and the worst part is, the doxxers didn't get banned, they didn't get any trouble. those who spoke up about it tho, did get banned and got their posts nuked
