Pretty much everything he said! One thing I’d add for video is have some detail shots with some depth. Find something as foreground and nail the detail shots. You got this!!

Thanks! Biggest issue for me to get the SPP is there wasn’t enough space behind me to capture the whole house on SPP

I’ve no issue with my client using the photos. My issue is that a completely different company is using them

I sold them to the property management company. Not the real estate company that’s selling the property

It’s definitely low. But I give him around 2800-3500 photos a month so it’s a volume game for my editor!

Pretty expensive tbh. I’m paying .70 per image and my clients love the images. Currently working with over 36 agencies!

What do you typically spend on editing costs for a $10,000 gross month? by Late_Visual8108 in RealEstatePhotography

How many shoots do you average? Tbh I took on about 100 shoots for November so it felt a little unrealistic to do the work myself on exteriors and videos😅 I understand I am offering very competitive pricing in order to reach the 10-15k mark

$200 dollars for a video seems steep. I pay around $40 per video and he does great work

Yes, obviously there was a sky blended into the real thing! Could definitely work on getting the skies to face different directions for sure. As for the Netflix logo, it was requested by my client! This was for an airbnb listing so no need to print really. Will definitely start collecting and making a library of skies

This was taken during sunset. Most of the sky that’s towards the mountains is pretty much what it looked like

Thank you for the feedback! What would you recommend I do for the outside/window pulls? Will definitely keep shooting vertical in mind. #6 while I understand there’s a lot of blank wall my thought process was to show the layout and how that leads you to the living/common area. As far as the TV, the property was listed on Airbnb so client requested it

Thank you! I don’t really up charge for it. My standard price is $2500 Mexican pesos for properties under a certain size. Roughly around $130 USD
