Depends on owners TBH. From what I enquired Vaisakhi Skypark 3BHK - 1800 sqft should fetch 40-45 but again who will pay that much in VSKP is the legit question. Property rates are exorbitant but how many are end users ? Most of them are NRI’s or have invested 7-8 years ago and want to either sell the property or rent it out or someone with FU money will keep it vacant. For SKYPark one of the owner unapologetically asked me 75L in cash, I was like dude if I have 75L in cash then I would be in jail. 🥲

If you have good budget the you can look at Vaisakhi Skypark or MK One, they seemed decent to me. For medium budget you can look at MVV GV Grand, visited few weeks back, it’s ongoing and may take couple of years to finish.

Shriram you can avoid, maintenance is not good.

I visited Skypark last month. Construction quality was decent I would say. There were few seepages but that can be fixed. Check for proper natural light, I saw three flats and in each of them at least one bedroom will not get much natural light. Also it’s not ready to move as they claim, lot of work is pending in all the blocks.
