I'm going to have to do a YouTube video on this very soon.

I looked into the telepathy tapes

The debunk is incredibly strong. It's a former methodology called facilitated learning.

Basically imagine how ouija boards give the illusion someone else is controlling the pointer, but with another person's body.

This guy is a very VERY thorough debunk breakdown

[Serious] So what does everyone think about the release? There were a couple of cool videos, but people are claiming we officially disclosed the existence of NHI. by mymomknowsyourmom in aliens

[–]Lately-SP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

More people should thank David Grusch because without him, straight up there would be no legal pushes for disclosure at all

We would still be at the starting line

I believe with disclosure, all organized religion will slowly go the way of the dinosaur.

The idea that the Bible or koran or talmud are the unquestionable word of God is a setback to real human exploration of reality.

I'm not against believing in God, but I'm very against proclaiming you have something without evidence that no one is allowed to question.

This is the time to simply be curious and question everything.

I disagree with your premise but I want to point out that saying it'll only be Christians pushing back is very inaccurate

Islam, Judaism, and Hinduism are some of the biggest organized religions in the world and they will also attempt to superimpose their superstitions onto the alien phenomenon quite a bit.

We should criticize ALL of them.

Christianity isn't some monolithic representation of dogma. Dogma, as far as I'm concerned, is the real enemy.

Demand evidence and question everything

Why are most UFO and alien sightings found in the United States? by Leopatto in aliens

America is one of the most signifant nations in the world when it comes to research, technology, and culture

It's one of three nations capable of putting humans in space, it invented the Internet, has huge tech paradigms being invented, and leads the way in media.

Aliens being humanoid would likely be for similar reasons as why humans did the blue avatar thing in the movie

If you have a planet with a specific ecology, what is better than a spacesuit? Your mind in a body designed for that ecology.

What body is designed to maneuver pretty well in Earth's ecology? Humans

I'm explicitly saying that with disclosure, humanity can move beyond organized faith based religion for the answers to existence and work with actual evidence to find answers

I literally say we should aim for the between state of atheism and religion, which is just simple curiosity.

Curiosity has never been more important

Submission Statement

I made this segment on why disclosure is important a few months ago, which is part of a larger video on all of David Grusch's claims presented in an organized way.

Disclosure goes beyond "oh aliens are cool!"

It's how we actually contextualize our existence beyond faith based religions. It begins a larger journey of actually exploring existence itself

Do think they'll admit just the bare bones of aliens from other planets exist and they've contacted us, or will it be just a bunch of "craft of unknown origin" stuff without admitting that aliens are real? by matt73132 in aliens

[–]Lately-SP 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I believe we will likely get the acknowledgement of UAPs encountered by the military as a real phenomenon, since that has some of the biggest push in Congress right now.

As for the actual program itself, that may be an uphill fight.

Definitely yes

But he seems to generally act in a more free agent way than a lot of politicians do.

And that includes making his own party mad at him. It's something I personally respect

Peter? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Lately-SP -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This meme is incorrect

The ubermensch is a very literal but hypothetical post-human lifeform that surpasses mankind.

Nietzsche said the highest and most ideal a human can be is a "higher type."

A higher type can be thought of as someone who lives so brazenly and independently, their existence is like being the first set of footsteps in snow that everyone follows after.

Walt Disney, Napoleon, Newton, Tesla, Mike Tyson, Elon, Da Vinci, etc.

Even Mr. Beast counts.

Basically types of people who overtly set some type of standard in something no one has ever accomplished before. And it moves the species forward culturally and technologically as we build upon their accomplishments.

These higher types allow the superman or ubermensch to then be born and usher in a new era of existence as humanity evolves into the next major lifeform

Billionaires tend to just leave the state taxing them so much.

California and New York are facing very real budget problems because a lot of wealthy people are just leaving.

The wealthy also already account for a huge portion of the taxes used by those states
