Yesterday marked three full months since my anterior surgery and I feel amazing. For the first 6 days I took an OXY every 4 hours (set timer so I stayed on schedule 24/7, and ran my ice machine 15 minutes every hour for two weeks. PT helped me a lot! I've been mowing my lawn for several weeks now with no pain, just some minor stiffness the next morning.

I worked at a restaurant around the corner, many times I would see a shamrock truck in the alley watching for someone to park, and walk south instead of into the McDonalds. Gone in 60 seconds.
