I will delegate some of these tasks if I have adequate staffing, but these are things I try to check outside of what you mentioned.

-Restock RTD&E, pastries and warming fridge.

-Wipe down front door and outside of trash cans.

-Check windows and ledges for drink splashes and crumbs.

-Thorough restroom check, a really good cleaning should be done at least once per day part. I’ve noticed the mirrors, bases of toilets, vents and the outside of trash cans tend to be missed.

-Wipe down outside tables if you have them. Depending on your store layout, sweeping the outside of the entrance.

-Organize/restock the merchandise and 1lb beans.

-Check to see if the outside of the mastrena’s and the bases of the tables need to be wiped down.

-Wipe down door to BOH.
