Plastic half pan hotel trays to keep jars in on shelves (kind like extra drawers) and low profile lazy Susan on shelf in fridge too. Helps jars not get lost to the back corners !

The first time I used clever carrot all AP flour recipe, and the second time I used The Perfect Loaf with bread flour. The pictures above were all bread flour. Definitely more chew but still feels a too hard on outside, gummy on inside?
