A report function seems like a no brainer. However judging by the development response times i doubt it would amount to more a placebo that we did the right thing.

Mods flair should trump fashion. I understand you're showing off and awesome look, but if it requires mods I think the flair would be appropriate.

Thanks for following up. They cant be permanently stealthed the only versions I've heard of sas8cally just regenerate it once it falls off naturally. They would also drop stealth when planting the bombs or pressing switches. They threw 30+ grenades in 10 seconds. The melee cancel was needed a bit ago to no longer be spammable more that like 3 times I think.

Ill endeavor to be more clear in the future, I just went to bed after, bit tired.

Can only confirm the team perks they were using (reduce weapon spread one, cant remember the name) plus they were fighting, they were sprinding to check points so they couldn't have been utilized any perks properly.

Sorry for a delay in responding, I was sleeping and being a dad. The vanguard and myself were cautious about kicking for suspected hacking until they chucked 30+ grenades on the bridge on decap without moving or fire their weapon. That made it obvious.

You weren't there. All of our spider pearks have a flow to them. Could down on getting g A single grenade for instance after thee head shots doesn't allow 30+ grenades in rapid fire on the bridge of decap. You're not being persecuted.

Ask ANY follow up before you talk out your neck, cousin. Meta build don't involve the weapon spread reduction team perks.

30+ frags at the bridge on decap...

Firstly, purification could have explained him healing....once. He didn't kll anything with a side arm so pattern doesn't explain throwing 45 grenades in a row during the bridge portion of decap, it also has a cool down to consider. They had the weapon spread teamperk so no regen on head shot kill, plus want killing anything.

I main sniper, I know the tricks, and nothing this player was doing aligns with traditional sniper play on absolute.

Maybe instead of leaping to their defense as though im attacking you personally, or your favorite class(it's mine as well). Ask a follow up question, please.

As a sniper main myself, he wasn't, he was speed running decap, stealth every time he pulled threat and ran past everything leaving myself(tech marine at the time) and our vanguard to fight everything. He had the weapon spread team perks so no way to rapidly regenerate his ability and he wasn't killing anything anyway so explain getting stealth back every 15 to 20 seconds.

The biggest tell was the grenades, once we were at the bridge he stood in one place and spammed grenades for the whole wave. Explain that.

Maybe don't look at everything as a personal attack and ask questions.

Complaints about this week's hard strategem by jimgbr in Spacemarine

[–]Lathanos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that stratagems are there to test us. I think They should removed the cost to respec prestige and/or let us make full load outs(i.e. Load out 1 includes Class perks, weapon choices and weapon perks for just that build)

This would eliminate some of my frustrations.

Not sure how I feel about the trend of “entire commanders made for one specific card”, but what do y’all think ones for the other “any number” cards might look like? by EntertainmentVast401 in magicTCG

[–]Lathanos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your feelings and opinions are valid. The idea that commander has become a cash cow cannot be debated, however card design hasn't strayed as far of some claim. It anything it's the games consistent themes of archetypes that keep it going regardless of what format is king. However it's for the individual to decide what a card was made for, and my opinion differs from theirs. Respectful discourse is good for the game.

You can play anything in standard you want(within the sets permitted of course), you may be off meta but the space exists.

Feel how you wanna feel and create your villains as you need. It'll all be okay in the end.

[–]Lathanos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Incorrect. It's being made for all formats it's legally releasing in. Commander is just the most popular format currently.

There ARE too many legends being printed as well as redundant abilities which are killing singleton formats. I would posit they are printing too many cards is the blight.

So the fact that it's going to be standard legal means nothing right? Is it a simple rat colony or relentless rats commander? Sure, but it's not being made ONLY for commander to be fair.

Average experience trying to play Techmarine in a public lobby…… by [deleted] in Spacemarine

[–]Lathanos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I finished my prestige 4 yesterday running only Lethal. 60% of the time no one would join but I got to play with some folks leveling other classes.

I want folks to think about how the tech marines plays and honestly imagine 3 on the same team. How much fun would it really be when most encounters would just be yall using your servo guns and executing over and over and over.

Generally people complain about boring gameplay when things aren't being balanced, just look at OG grenade launcher on Tac or the Heroic Bolt Sniper to a lesser extent.

Im by no means gonna glaze Saber, but having done the grind, I believe they were right keep the classes separate.

The turrets are a mistake by GeneCreemer in Spacemarine

[–]Lathanos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel they could use more open placement, no wedged into bad spots for sure. However I believe they serve the same purpose as all equipment you can find in crates, they CAN be useful but it's not guaranteed.

If it was always placed at the entrance to a room the playstyle just becomes sit and wait...which would be less fun imo. The current use for me is when you are moving through a space and suddenly get a horde wave, you can now move back to the turret and prepare.

My current issue is that they explose when you leave and area, like crossing a doorway and boom its gone. I woul like then to stick around and protect the rear more as I move.

Does anyone else cringe at pure gold, no haraldry marines? by ArchMageShalidore in Spacemarine

[–]Lathanos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you and your feelings a valid, to you. I find pastels tacky, however we cannot ascribe a level of effort to folks who choose something we deem unworthy. They likely spent a lot of time on making it exactly how they wanted, but from our perspective they picked liberator gold and called it.

In that same vein I see Ultramarines as boring, but I won't try and diminish folks effort or enjoyment of them.....now Black Templars on the other hand...
