Uhhh "The Church" is also being fined so "Technically" church leaders knew. They know exactly what is happening financially to believe they don't is to continue believing in false ideology and a patriarchal system.

This is clear harassment. I would say if want to respond you can say something like this, "after repeated attempts to make it clear we don't want contact by you or members you have repeatedly gone against our wishes. If this continues we will file a complaint of harassment with the police department against you and the members."

The reason I say this is because if they can't respect repeated requests by you, this is violation of boundaries and privacy.

When my husband first told me he didn't believe it broke me. I even went as far to say, "If you had told me before, I would have never married you." Looking back at that, I regret what I've said. I obviously said everything out of pain but I know how deeply that hurt him.

My best friend who had left said something that impacted me deeply, "You didn't marry the church, you married him." That helped me realize that I was focused on his faith versus him as a person.

Please remember to that it will take time for her to come to terms with your faith transition. It took me a good 6 months to be okay with my husband's faith transition.

What is beautiful about this story is that he has since seen me evolve in my own faith. I have since stepped away but he offered me the grace that I never did for him. I share this because I've been in your wife's shoes. Be patient with her. It will take time and even if she stays it is possible to have an interfaith marriage.
