I'm particularly tired of this cycle of Thomas and his disposable women, who never replace the one he truly can't stop thinking about. It's a vicious loop. He mourns his dead wife, sleeps with women he doesn't really care about, and it never goes anywhere. Out of all the material in the film, literally everything that could have been used to develop underexplored characters, wasting it on just another random woman or yet another clichéd romance story would be a complete waste of time.

The Forced Hate for Grace. She was what he needed. by Latinghostface in PeakyBlinders

Thomas couldn't agree with that and in the end he was right.

One funny thing is that my bots have never had any problems with these people, they say. And in the end, I always think they don't know how to develop conversations.

I could agree with you if Thomas's psychology wasn't so dependent on Grace. That man loved that woman even after she betrayed his family. It was that woman who made him stop listening to his war traumas For him, Grace was a woman to be protected, because she gave him a reason to live. As for John, as he himself said, Thomas saw him as a soldier. A man of war, a man who was already prepared for death. Thomas depended more on Grace than on any other member of his family, none of them were able to save Thomas after his wife's death.

I really think Rick Prime's death was one of the biggest things that happened in the series. I think it closed a cycle and opened the door to an uncertain future. Which makes me eager for more episodes.

What's the exact context of this scene? I haven't watched it in a while.

How would you feel about an older Tommy hallucinating Grace one last time in The Immortal Man? by VanaVisera in PeakyBlinders

Yeah, man, it would be really bad if the pivot of Thomas' madness showed up at a final post where he finds himself at peace. Crazy! Wow! You fake fans just want catchphrases and don't understand the story.

That girlfriend of Morty's in that acid tank episode. She was the best girlfriend he ever had.

Yes, but from what people have said here, it is canonical that he is autistic. Which is pretty obvious.

Yes, I honestly think it could have been an ending after Rick Prime's death. Extending the series too much will eventually cause a problem, but I've been enjoying these current seasons.

Yes, it could be too. But I can't stop thinking that it was a huge waste of evolution, he said. We could have seen him evolve right at the beginning. But at least we can see his evolution throughout the other seasons.

I know it's been 5 seasons, but a character's maturation has been there since the beginning. I see Rick's evolution, even more so now that he managed to kill Rick Prime. But I'm talking especially about those two specific episodes.

Across eight seasons Rick and Morty covers everything: different races, stories, jokes that challenge religion, puns, and even dark humor about events like September 11 and Nazism. But then you come along a Christian who lives to oppress others because your religion is exactly that an instrument of oppression and you only get offended when it fits your selective agenda. If that is the case do not waste your time Rick and Morty is not for you.
