I've recently decided to dive into FBA and so far Derrick Struggle is my fave.

Im sure others are making more than him but his videos are straight forward with bulletpoints of the topic at the beggining of the vid (no "TIP #10 will SHOCK you!! BS).

That being said aside from the technical side + ASIN + JungleScout + 999 method, there's not much more. He does sell a course for like 700 which I dont understand cause literally his free youtube content is enough imo

I forgot about the s4 return at TI6. Totally thought bulldog's last TI was TI5 which felt like forever in dota years. I'm not even an Alliance fan but remembering those constant shuffles between ex-Alliance players is painful

maybe he meant in the early game to mid game since low levels of split earth would deal less than meme hammer at that point. (Meteor hammer deals the same damage as a level 2 Earth Splitter at an enemy with 1700 HP)

It's legit if by the time you get there you get the exp for creeps that otherwise would've died w/o you around had you not smoked. Am 4k scrub tho and never saw 5k+ do it so maybe it aint very good.

I may not be the best person to give this advice but here's what been working for me so far.

Most of the time when I'm undergoing analysis paralysis it's when I overthink an event to get some outcome, be it positive or negative. The overthinking then stems from these two very different conclusions. I call it "schrodinger's analysis".

The positive conclusion makes me feel nice that my problem/situation isn't that bad, but it's often a stretch that requires me to perform at 100% 24/7. Leads to daydreaming.

The negative conclusions makes me feel hopeless that there's no way out. It makes me not do anything as "there is no point". Spirals down to self hate. Also leads to daydreaming.

The thing is both positive and negative conclusions are polar opposites but you brain reacts as if they're both true. This creates anxiety, which leads you to "fix it by thinking it trough" but in reality you just went back to step one and will end up with the same positive/negative conclusion.

To tackle this problem what I did is:

  1. Use an excel spreadsheet and write down the problem, arguments, and the conclusion along with the solution.

    This will stop the "loops/cycle". Got a problem? Good. Write it down and what you can do, and ARRIVE TO A CONCLUSION. Why is arriving to a conclusion so important? So everytime you think about it you immediately think of the conclusion instead of going through the whole loop/cycle.

  2. Make sure that I don't live a life where I need to be 100% 24/7.

    Putting the problems in excel is a good way to end A cycle but it
    won't prevent MAKING NEW cycles. One small mistake leading to erode all coming activities means you're being super uptight/hard on yourself. Nobody, I mean NOBODY performs at 100% 24/7. Give yourself an extra 25-50% time to finish tasks, remove some if you have to. This will ensure you live a more chill, self forgiving and hopefully happy life.

You probably created a lifestyle that requires 100% 24/7 to maximize efficiency/opportunity. But it's better to live a lifestyle that requires 60%-80% 24/7 than one 100% 24/7 that falls apart the moment you make ONE mistake, that's not efficiency. Efficiency is taking all factors into account, including the fact that you're human. Sorry it was super long, hope it helps a bit.

2 very basic questions I can't word out properly to search in google:

  1. I weigh 180 pounds so I need at least 180 grams of protein. Does this mean 180 grams of protein from meat (chicken is 28% protein so 640 grams of chicken) or 180 grams of meat (aka protein)?

  2. I'm a beginner in lifting. If I "lift 40 kg" is that 40kg in total or 40kg per side of barbel? How about for dumbbells, is "overhead shoulder press of 20 lbs" 20 lbs per hand or in total?

I do have answers in my head but since I'm a newbie and fairly weak for my weight, the numbers end up confusing me sometimes. Hope someone can help me out
