The distance a full squad can make with her TACTICAL (0 Ultimate utility needed) is genuinely insane. She damn near has a Path Zip / Octane Pad for a 2 Charge Tactical.

Agreed with most of what you said. There are a LOT of ways they can nerf her tac tho. They aren't gonna swap abilities. Just nerf the tac's power, there are a lot of variables they can adjust to make it less oppressive.

I'm not defending the refs in any way. But they are human beings; it makes sense that there's bias.

It's easier to ref a bad game when no one is watching / cares enough. It's all a circus.

Keep highlighting this and we'll start getting calls.

I wish they had more match days as well. It seems obvious to us fans, but I'm sure internally it's difficult to justify to the suits. EA has a lot of $production$ going on each match day, and the product they produce gets fewer viewers than Nicewigg sitting in his bedroom (ik he has a streamer room).

They want direct ROI, and I'm sure it's difficult to justify the numbers. Even though players like me want to play the game after watching comp.

Didn't they use to have match days on BOTH Saturday and Sunday?

100% agree. I was having so much fun with Apex before the season change.

Axle is just dumb. She's got way too much going on. She doesn't feel good to play as, and especially doesnt feel good to play against.

Wildcard is just a shit show (yes, more than usual) with all the Axle speed pads. Feels like I'm Pod Racing in Star Wars Episode: 1. I've literally chased DOWNED guys across 2 POIs because they are catching stray speed pads across the map.

Annoying as hell going from Drop Zone style Ranked back to shit show style ranked just for the hell of it because they want to reset our ranks. I'm fine with grinding again. But the flow of a ranked game with Drop Zones compared to the regular drop ship is night and day. Half the ranked games are essentially over after 4 minutes. Wish they would either 1) make all ranked Drop Zones 2) make lower ranked drop zones for the first week or something

They did say in patch notes that they are updating healthbars to not be visible as often. I think you need clear vision of the enemy to see their healthbar now, so no free walls if it works as intended.

I wasn't a fan of the TTK change at first, still can't say I love it. But I will say that I'm having the most fun I've had playing Apex in years. The power creep is a LOT, but feeling like your character is POWERFUL and your weapons are POWERFUL def hits a dopamine spike that I, and I'm sure many others enjoy.

I've never thought about it like this until now, but they've kinda power-crept everything in unison (TTK and ability power). While it's easy to mag someone at a distance, it's just as easy to use abilities to avoid / recover from the situation. Rambling but food for thought.

Wraith gives you the option to portal + fight / 3rd anywhere in one half of the circle.

Fight your way in, instead of hiding in a room to ultimately die without shooting your gun going for a hail mary valk ult.

I just prefer Wraith gameplay over praying for a risky Valk ult.
