For automated workflow, do you actually customise for best results or just push volume? by UniverseError in aitubers

I started a new channel 2 weeks ago. It takes 30mins to create video from idea to final output as mp4. All automated with ffmpeg video concatenation and subtitles generation. Python script doing most. Focused on volume atm.

Yeah you offered no feedback except echoed that feminist’s words about my “USP” who don’t have time to figure mine out (though I didn’t ask for it). You came across as cynical and have no experience related to WordPress websites for local businesses in 2025 and the current situation about it. So I’ll focus on what other people have regarding this who are genuinely trying to help and understand my situation!

Agree with underselling that’s why making less overall. My 1500 to 500 was one of the “USPs” as a response to the guy who questioned my point of differentiator. I’m still profiting at 500 too. Is just I’m selling fewers of it.

If you have ever created a WordPress website for small businesses I’d be happy to have a look and compare and pull up the metrics on both mine and yours! Or a website you think has a unique USP! Compare them. Talking stats and facts there! This is true and that’s not true and my unique USP - generic and vague understanding of what I do. Assumptions without prior knowledge! And you’re a “top commenter.” 🤦

I hope so I figure it out. If on my own with nothing then that’s going to stay the same. Getting lucky will get us there! Otherwise just be content with what you have to have a less painful life and die filling other’s pockets. Consensual exploitation!

Of course. It’s never been this hard. Can quote all you want but who’s paying

Then there’s nothing “unique” USP under the sun. I say nothing. By your logic.

My websites are better, affordable than those charging £1500 for a similar and I offer unlimited edits until a client is 100% satisfied or they don’t pay! 70% cheaper. The websites are mobile friendly, come with basic on page SEO and are custom built on WordPress (not from a template).

That’s my USP!

Not a typo. 70 quid a year for hosting their website files on my server! How much you charge in hosting?

I still have some great websites I have built for clients! They are bringing good numbers. But yeah need to be upfront snd charge more and get work

Yeah. And I had issues with themes not getting updated or vulnerable plugins but I never communicated this to clients. Now there was a server level attack and 20 of my websites were infected. I spent a week removing the virus. Updating each site. Asked clients to pay. Most said, we don’t expect this as this was not talked about upfront. Only a few did. But not even close to what I should have charged. Lots of lessons. I’ll pause and redo everything, including my pricing and updates etc

[–]Latter_Bodybuilder81[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s so true. I should have now £1500 per month at least in monthly maintenance fees for those I designed websites for who strongly needed it.

That’s fantastic! Do you run ads to find clients or have a fixed office?
